Terms and Conditions of Contracting

These Terms and Conditions govern the contracting of rooms and apartments offered by RESINTER MEDITERRANEO 2023 SL, with registered office at CALLE DECANO, 12, Spain and Spanish Tax ID (CIF) B42697664 (hereinafter, the "Company"). By making a reservation, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms, which form a legal contract between the customer and the Company.

2.1. Reservation process

Reservations may be made by phone, WhatsApp, email or contact form.

2.2. Required information

When making a reservation, the customer will be asked to provide relevant information including name, address, contact details and payment information.

2.3. Reservation confirmation

The reservation will be considered confirmed once the customer receives confirmation from the Company by email.

3.1. Payment obligation

Payment for the rental must be made at the time of booking or according to the terms specified in the invoice.

3.2. Payment methods

We accept payments by bank transfer, credit or debit card and other electronic methods.

4.1. Cancellation without charges

Customers may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the arrival date without incurring charges.

4.2. Late cancellation

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the total stay.

4.3. No-show

In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

5.1. Accommodation maintenance

Customers must keep rooms and apartments in good condition and leave the accommodation in the same condition in which they found it.

5.2. Specific prohibitions

Parties or events in the accommodation are prohibited without the Company's prior consent.

5.3. Respect for the community

Customers must respect community rules and avoid causing disturbance to neighbours.

6.1. Service quality

The Company undertakes to provide accommodation in good condition and in accordance with the descriptions provided at the time of booking.

6.2. Right of cancellation

The Company has the right to cancel any reservation for justified reasons and must inform the customer as soon as possible.

The Company will not be liable for losses or damage that are not the result of a breach of these terms or for any event outside its reasonable control.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), personal data provided by customers will be processed in accordance with the Company's privacy policy, available on our website.

These terms are governed by Spanish law and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
