The facilities — new, clean and impeccable. Particular mention goes to the staff, both reception and housekeeping: warm, friendly, empathetic, professional... Always with a smile and ready to help with whatever you need.
I liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room and facilities. Everything in the building is new and in great condition. It offers very good value for money.
I had not requested a quiet room in advance, but the receptionist managed to change my room for a quieter one the same day. If anything was missing, they brought it right away (a frying pan, more toilet paper, etc.). They even gave me laundry detergent because I had not noticed there was no dispenser. All the staff were very friendly.
They put me in a refurbished room — everything new and above all very clean. There was a small kitchen with a fridge. The noise from students, but it settled down by 10 pm.
Impeccable cleanliness in the room and bathroom. Good room size, with a well-equipped small kitchen. Breakfast is wonderful for the price: fresh juice, coffee, fruit, hot food, dairy and pastries. Staff very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and attentive to every need. Everything was very new and very clean. The buffet breakfast was small but sufficient and of very good quality.
Very good breakfast for €5, excellent value for money. The service from the reception and kitchen staff was great. A bit of noise though — you can hear everything.
When I was about to iron a shirt, one of the housekeeping staff offered to do it for me. It was not her job, she did not have to do it, yet the shirt came out much better than if I had done it myself. I genuinely cannot complain about anything. When I arrived there was building work in the room next door but they stopped shortly after.
Everything is very nice, organised and thought out for the guests' comfort. You can tell they have experience. The service is excellent — above all because they are always ready to help with whatever you need.
It was very clean and newly refurbished. I really liked the decoration style. It was quiet and very close to the tram stop to get to the city centre. The breakfast buffet did not have much variety.
