Who is the controller of your personal data?
RESINTER MEDITERRANEO 2023 SL is the CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and informs the User that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data and on what grounds?
Depending on the form through which we obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially for the following purposes:
User registration form:
- Managing the user account to provide personalised access to the website and to the interactive services it offers. Legal basis: consent of the data subject, art. 6.1.a GDPR.
Contact form:
- Responding to enquiries or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact methods made available on the controller's website. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR.
- Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other present or future electronic or physical means that makes commercial communications possible. These communications will be made by the controller and will relate to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data. Legal basis: consent of the data subject, art. 6.1.a GDPR.
- Carrying out statistical analyses and market studies. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR.
Reservations form:
- Formalising reservations at the controller's establishment. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR.
- Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other present or future electronic or physical means to customers, referring to products or services similar to those initially contracted by the customer, in accordance with art. 21.2 LSSI. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR.
2. Retention period
Data will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of processing, or while legal provisions require its custody. When it is no longer necessary, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee data anonymisation or total destruction.
3. Data recipients
No disclosure of personal data to third parties is planned, except where necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.
4. User rights
The USER has the following rights:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of their data, and restriction of or objection to its processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

5. Mandatory or optional nature of information provided by the user
By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or shown in download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to handle their request, while inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and is responsible for notifying any changes to it.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all data is not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will fully meet the User's needs.
6. Security measures
In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, by which data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect USERS' rights and freedoms, and has communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.

7. Cancellation policy for additional services
- Extra services are contracted for minimum periods of three (3) months.
- Cancellation of such services must be requested at least ten (10) working days before the start of the second quarter.
- Activation may occur at any time, with full monthly periods charged regardless of the contracting date.
- Support in contracting extra services with third parties means directly accepting their cancellation policy, which must be consulted directly with the provider.
