RESINTER MEDITERRANEO 2023 SL, with registered office at CALLE DECANO, 12, Spain and Spanish Tax ID (CIF) B42697664, hereinafter the CONTROLLER, is the controller of the User's personal data and informs the User that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. The following processing information is provided:

Purpose of processing:

• Management of customers and suppliers, including contract administration, invoicing and compliance with legal obligations.
• Marketing and promotion of products or services offered by RESINTER MEDITERRANEO 2023 SL.
• Handling requests for information, questions or suggestions, and complaints or claims addressed to RESINTER MEDITERRANEO 2023 SL.
